How do I join the Cultivate What Matters Rewards Program?
Create an account by visiting our Rewards widget the homepage. Once you have signed up you will automatically start earning points.
Does it cost anything to create a Cultivate What Matters Rewards Program account?
The Cultivate What Matters Rewards Program is free to join! All you need is an account and you can start enjoying rewards and perks.
POINTS + REWARDS
Do I get points for my prior purchases?
You will earn points on all upcoming purchases, but will not award points for past purchases.
How do I accumulate points?
You earn points for every dollar you spend at Cultivate What Matters. You can also earn points by performing tasks. You must be signed into your account to earn points.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
You will be able to track the amount of points you have accumulated and what rewards you can redeem your points for directly from your Cultivate What Matters rewards account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after one year.
Why didn’t I earn points on my birthday?
In order to earn birthday points, you must enter your correct birth date when you’re signed into your account. You must enter this information at least 30 days prior to your birthday in order to receive points. Please note, these points are only granted once every 365 days.
Can I earn points if I am not logged into my Cultivate What Matters Rewards account?
Please make sure you are logged into your Cultivate What Matters Rewards account before placing an order to ensure you receive the allotted points for your purchase.
If I spend my points will I still be able to move up to the next level?
Yes! Your status will be calculated based on the TOTAL amount of points you have earned within one year.
How many rewards can I redeem at one time?
To ensure your transaction is accurate, please only redeem one reward at a time.
Can I get my points back if I change my mind on the reward I would like?
Once you redeem your points for a reward, even if you don’t proceed with checkout you won’t get points back. However, you can redeem your reward at any time within one year of redemption.
Can I send one of my rewards to a friend?
Yes! Once you redeem your reward through your account you will receive a discount code for your reward via email (as well as instantly on your account panel). You are welcome to share that one-time use discount code with anyone you would like.
Why didn't I receive points for writing a review?
In order to receive points for writing a review please consider the following:
- Write the review directly from the email you received on your most recent order. If you can't find this email, try searching "We're shooting for the stars... Leave a review!" in your inbox. The email may have been sent to a spam folder.
- Ensure that the email you placed your order with is the same email you use for our rewards program
- You are only eligible to receive points for writing one review every 30 days.
VIP TIERS
How can I see what tier I am in?
Your tier will automatically appear when you are signed into your account on the Cultivate What Matters page.
How can I reach the Sprout level?
You will automatically reach the Sprout when you sign up for The Cultivate What Matters Rewards Program.
How can I reach the Bud level?
Once you have earned 1600 points you will receive an email with updated perks and benefits for the Bud Level.
How can I reach the Bloom level?
Once you have earned 2,800 points you will receive an email with updated perks and benefits for the Bloom level.
Once I reach a certain level, am I always a member of that level?
In order to stay in a certain VIP tier, you must earn the number of points required to enter that tier every calendar year. To remain in the Bud level, you will need to earn 1600 points per year. To remain in the Bloom level, you will need to earn 2,800 points per year.
