While we designed the PowerSheets® goal planner to work for every woman—students and empty nesters, employees and side hustlers, moms and beloved aunties—we also understand that every woman will not choose to use them. Maybe the price is too much in this season, or you want something lighter weight, or you're just discovering Cultivate and not yet ready to commit to a full year with us. (To which we say: just give us a bit of time—we'll win you over 😉)
Whatever your reason, if we truly can't change your mind and convince you to try our flagship goal planner, we don't want to leave you hanging. After all, our mission is to see every woman living on purpose. And thankfully, with the addition of several other tools over the years, we don't have to! If PowerSheets aren't for you, we feel grateful to say we have something on our shelves that is. Let's take a look at the options.
If you want your goal planner combined with your task planner...
Fresh Start™ is for you!
While PowerSheets® are designed to play nicely with the task planner (daily or weekly, physical or digital) of your choice, some gals want their goals and their appointments all in one place. With a quarterly format, a Fresh Start planner lets you regroup, name what matters, and set your focus several times a year—ideal for those in a season of transition or whose schedule and priorities fluctuate throughout the year. (Our beloved teachers and military families come to mind!)
If you're not ready for a goal planner but want to live intentionally...
Season by Season® is for you!
Maybe you're in a season of "just getting by:" you've recently had a new baby, you've paused your career to care for kids or aging parents, or you're recovering from an illness. While we'd argue PowerSheets might still be the right fit when you can come to them with a low-key and grace-filled approach, sometimes you simply want a place to record appointments and to-dos.
Good news: Season by Season has that in spades (in both daily and weekly formats!), plus some light-touch reminders to cultivate what matters along the way.
If you're on a budget but want to live intentionally...
The Intentional Weekly Planner Notepad is for you!
It may be a mouthful, but it packs a punch!
This one-page weekly planning tool has plenty of space to plan your daily schedule or to-dos, focus in on your top three priorities each day, and track habits. It's a gentle introduction to several Cultivate hallmarks (celebrating wins, embracing little-by-little progress, intentionally choosing your focus) but without the potential overwhelm of considering the big picture.
One note: since you'll plan a week at a time with this notepad, you might want to pair it with a monthly paper calendar or a digital calendar to keep track of events farther in the future.
If you want to learn more about how we do things before committing...
The Habit Workbook is for you!
While the Habit Workbook doesn't include any planner pages or goal tracking, it's an ideal intro to the Cultivate Way: our unique perspective on doing more of what matters and less of what doesn't. Through expert teaching, guided questions, and simple-yet-uncommon tips, you'll explore tiny, smart changes to your mindset, environment, community, routines, and schedule that add up to big change in your behaviors—and then watch your small actions add up as your habits begin to stick!
By the final page, you'll know for sure whether one of our planner products is right for you. (We hope so!)
If you need to quiet the noise before figuring out what's next...
The Refresh | Brain Dump Journal is for you!
Do your days feel scattered and overwhelming? Does thinking about the big picture or setting goals feel so far away, while the crush of today's priorities feels really loud?
Enter: the brain dump. It’s hard to focus when your brain is cluttered—but a fruitful, purposeful life requires it. No matter your season, you need a process for sifting out the important from the unimportant and helping you take the next best step toward what matters.
In this journal, we’ve taken the humble brain dump (a staple of Cultivate What Matters’ teaching from the very beginning!) and expanded it into a four-step process that will become a key part of your days at work and at home. By walking through these simple action steps on a cadence that works for you, you’ll clear your mind, gain fresh perspective, and take action on what matters—and maybe even be ready to consider whether PowerSheets are right for you! :)
Friends, we'd love to hear: what was the first tool you used from Cultivate? What would you recommend for a newbie? And for more on choosing an intentional tool, see this matrix.
