JUST STARTED WORKING ON IT. I THINK MORE THOUGHT OF THE HABITS AND ROUTINES OF A RETIRED PERSON WOULD BE HELPFUL. THINGS AND GOALS CHANGE BIG TIME AND IS HARD TO WORK OUT. SORRY JUST REALIZED MY CAPS ARE ON.

Structure in my life, at last!

I LOVE the Routines workbook. I have used it for several months and it has literally changed my life. It is intentionally and thoughtfully laid out, helping you understand why routines you have tried to establish in the past may not have worked out. It encourages you to not overhaul everything at once , but to start small and build on your routines over time. I love that it also includes many examples of different routines for women in different stages of life - while their routines do not all apply to me, it is helpful to understand how others do things when imagining how I would like my life to look. The book itself is well made, with good paper and binding and lots of space to write. This is the perfect tool for anyone looking to set routines in their life!

Excited about the Routines workbook

I had taken a while before ordering this because I couldn’t wrap my head around how it would help beyond the powersheets. But as I read it I am so thankful that I finally got it and am excited to implement new rhythms and routines. The workbook walks you through discovering what routines would be helpful and how to implement. I cant wait to get started.

Helping customize routines for a facets of my life!

I love the Routine workbook because it helps me think beyond a standard morning and evening routine. It helps me develop routines customized to my needs and season of life. I have created routines around my quiet time, certain days of the week, workout days, self care days, etc. It is a beautiful, durable book with a balance of training, learning exercises, and worksheets. It also provides sample routines for a variety of individuals just to get you started. Love it!

Routine and Habit Workbooks

So far I am liking the guided workbooks, there are things I am currently working through and it’s nice to take the time out of my day to review my daily habits and routines. I am learning about myself at 36 and accepting that I no longer have the same habits and routines as my 20 something self, thankfully this book is allowing me to grow and change with time
