Shipping policy
While we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates, we hope the information below helps:
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Our typical processing time is 24 hours. However, during busy seasons, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
Processing and shipping times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches. Shipping carriers will also transfer items between each other (i.e. UPS to USPS), in which this may also cause a delay in arrival.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:
- Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary.
- The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive, depending on where you live and your country's custom's policies.
*Please note that International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
