I have been using some food journals for over a year now and decided to switch and try this out since I LOVE my 90 Day Planner so much... and I LOVE THIS! I have lost 30 pounds working with a nutritionist and just started working out now since I have another 60 or 80 to go! I bought the Letters and Numbers pack, the Wildcard Page Pack (I bought both sizes but the smaller one works best in this planning, I think), washi tape, and I synced my Goals to my 90 Day Planner with some of the Wild Card Pages. I also got some weekly post-its off Amazon and some monthly/date stickers... which I hope someday Cultivate will make those too! ;-) I love this because I feel like it is daily cheering me on to my goals! Yeah!
