Can I add something else or edit my order after it’s placed?

We are not able to edit items to orders that have already been submitted.

This is a security feature to protect your credit card transaction. Our system does not store your credit card on file; therefore, extra items cannot be added to or removed from an order. We are also unable to combine orders together after they have been placed to qualify for free shipping. 

Please double check that your cart is complete and accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?

Because orders are processed and shipped so quickly from our warehouse, we cannot cancel orders. Please double check that your cart is complete and accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

Can I send a note with my order?

At this time we are unable to include any notes in orders.

I am sending a gift...will there be an invoice included?

Because so many of our customers send items as gifts—and we love that!—the packing slip included in your order will not include prices. We encourage you to take a screenshot of any order information that you may need after checkout before exiting out of the window.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! We offer e-gift cards that are sent via email. The email provided on the order is the email that will receive the gift card. You can then print or forward the gift card to the recipient.

Gift Card amount will start at $10 minimum. You can find them here along with a free, printable note card and wrapping paper download. 

What do I do if I received a damaged or broken product?

Damaged or broken product must be unused and reported within 2 weeks of delivery to be replaced, free of charge. We encourage you to open your packages when you receive them to ensure the quality of each product.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

We are currently accepting wholesale orders through Faire. Please check out our Faire Profile if you would like to place a wholesale order. We are so grateful to partner with other businesses in this way!

SHIPPING

Can I change my shipping address for the order?

We are not able to edit shipping addresses on orders that have already been submitted. Please double check that all shipping and billing information is  accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

My address was incorrect and now my order is being Returned-to-Sender?

  • If an item is Returned-to-Sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. 
  • If you received an email that your order was Returned-to-Sender and wish to cancel the order at that time, the total order minus the original shipping costs will be refunded. 
  • If you wish to re-ship a returned order, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Do you ship internationally?

YES, we ship worldwide!

Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary. Pricing for international shipping is determined by the size and weight of the products purchased and is determined at checkout.

The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.

All of our products will be viewed and purchased online in US dollars. 

PLEASE NOTE: International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we do have the option to ship to PO Boxes, which a majority of the time will be shipped via USPS or UPS Mail Innovation service. We encourage you to use a physical address when possible, to avoid further processing and shipping delays that may occur.

What are your current business hours?

Our Customer Service Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to  5 p.m. EST.

Please allow 1-3 business days for email or social media responses.

Our Shipping Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to  3 p.m. EST.

While we always strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible, depending on peak times and seasons, orders placed after 11 a.m. EST during the week are subject to be processed in 1-3 following business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

While we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates, we hope the information below helps:

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Our typical processing time is 24 hours. However, during busy seasons, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

Processing and shipping times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches. Shipping carriers will also transfer items between each other (i.e. UPS to USPS), in which this may also cause a delay in arrival.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary.
  • The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive, depending on where you live and your country's custom's policies.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

For orders that total more than $75, we offer free shipping to customers located in the United States.

As you add items to your cart, the banner at the top of the cart will count down the dollar amount you need to add to cart to qualify for Free Shipping.

*Please note that only domestic customers can qualify for free shipping. International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.*

RETURNS

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. 

Please read all product descriptions carefully and thoroughly before purchasing. If you have a question about an item, contact our Customer Care Team at  hello@cultivatewhatmatters.com, and we will gladly answer your questions about a product prior to purchasing.

Price Adjustment Policy

We do not offer Price Adjustments on previously purchased merchandise. 

But we do love a good sale! Throughout the year, we offer different promotions, sales, discount codes, and lowered pricing at our discretion. We encourage you to sign up for our email newsletter and follow us on Instagram or Facebook for the most up-to-date info on our sales and their final hours!

When you buy the PowerSheets® goal planner, we guarantee results or your money back!

If you faithfully use your One-Year PowerSheets for a full year and don't see progress on your goals, we'll gladly give you your money back. Please mail your completed PowerSheets (at least 9 out of 12 Tending Lists filled out and all the Prep Work completed) to our Texas office.

PowerSheets are a goal planner, dedicated to helping you uncover long-term and short-term goals to achieve, break those goals down into smaller steps, and help you actively pursue them with a plan and ways to measure progress along the way. Our Season By Season is a task planner, better suited for daily or weekly tasks, appointments, meetings, schedules, and to do’s. It’s a great compliment to PowerSheets—once you know those bigger picture goals, you’ll know what to put in your task planner (and also what not to put in it!) Fresh Start Goal Planners are a great combination of both! What types of promotions, sales, and discounts does Cultivate What Matters offer?

We are glad to offer our customers occasional promotions, select seasonal sales, and other discounts.

Can I use more than one coupon/promotion code?

Coupon codes are generally limited to one code per order. 

If you choose to place multiple orders using different codes/promotions, your orders will not be able to be combined and shipped together by our warehouse.

Can I apply my coupon or rewards points from today on a previous order I already placed?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot retroactively apply coupon or rewards points on previously purchased merchandise. 

For Rewards, once you redeem your reward through your account you will receive a discount code for your reward via email (as well as instantly on your account panel) that you can then use on your next purchase.

How many of each item do you have?

We try to keep inventory up-to-date, but when it comes to Last Chance, Sales, Promos, Free Gifts, or Launches, the amount of items varies greatly from product to product. Some of our products and promotions do have limited quantities and will likely sell out at the beginning of a sale or launch.

Can sale items be returned?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and are unable to cancel, return, or exchange a product. This also includes slightly imperfect products, which are sold as is. Please see our full Return policy outlined above.
