We're just a few weeks away from launch, friends!! We continued the countdown to 2025 PowerSheets® by showing you the five brand-new One-Year covers (and two Fresh Start™ covers!) last week, and today, we're diving into the magic on the inside! These are the best goal planners we've ever created, and we can't wait for you to use them yourselves.
We know the beautiful covers make it hard to choose, but the REAL magic is on the inside: behind every cover is a better-than-ever goal-setting process that's designed for imperfect progress and actually works. We've taught thousands of women how to make flexible plans and steady progress on goals that matter to them.
Every year, we make the goal-setting process better and tailored to exactly what you need. As women all over the world, including us, use their PowerSheets, we listen, change, and innovate to make it easier (and more fun!) to achieve life goals that really matter to you.
Note: The Fresh Start™ goal planner is also launching on September 17! The details described here are specific to One-Year PowerSheets, but many are mirrored in Fresh Start, too. For more on the differences between each goal planner option, see here!
Cover Options:
Okay, let's chat about those covers for juuuust a minute :) Are they not the most beautiful?! Choose from two patterns (Blooms or Petal Confetti) and three solid linen colors (Aloe, Azalea, or Verbena) for your One-Year PowerSheets. (All the content on the inside, of course, is the same!) You truly can't go wrong no matter which you choose!
A New Roadmap:
Right at the start you'll notice something new inside your PowerSheets—a colorful guide to the year of progress, not perfection, that awaits you in 2025! Return to it throughout the year as you complete each step. (Yes, your included sticker sheet includes perfectly-sized stickers for just this purpose!)
Updated Prep Work Teaching:
As always, we went through every page with a fine-tooth comb. We reordered, reworded, redesigned, cut, and added to this section to make it just as impactful as ever BUT easier than ever to complete.
Keep an eye out for the return of a favorite page to begin the Prep Work—the Brainstorm Your Year Ahead page—and a special note about perfection just before the January pages!
QR Codes with Additional Resources:
Here's something fun—on a few select pages throughout the goal-setting section, we added QR codes that will lead you to additional resources about habits, routines, and living out your goals.
While we felt strongly that the Prep Work should stay a phone-free space (🙅♀️ distractions!), we also know it can be helpful to see additional examples and tips.
Even Better Goal-Setting Guidelines:
After a few years of big change here, we simply fine-tuned the Goal Action Plan pages this year. One of my favorite changes that we hope will nudge you to take action right away? Replacing the progress bar with space to make a plan for that first small step!
An Expanded Yearly Overview:
If you thought the boxes didn't have enough space last year, you weren't alone! We gave the Yearly Overview (one of my very favorite layouts!) room to breathe with two full pages. This is a place to see if you're growing too much in one season—and ensure you're leaving room for rest and delight all throughout the year.
An Updated Month in Review:
While the Tending List remains largely unchanged, look for an updated Month in Review page each month. While we did tweak the prompts a bit, we're most excited about the top left corner, where you'll find a chance to commit to a fresh start each and every month.
Refreshed Quarterly Refreshes:
We can't leave these seasonal sections alone—they're just too fun to play with! In 2025, look for new habit and goal-setting challenges AND the return of one of the most popular goal-planning layouts we've ever shared...!
Now, we want to hear from you! What change are you most looking forward to in the 2025 PowerSheets®? Let us know in the comments below!

Are all the covers linen or just the solid-color ones? I prefer the feel of a smooth (not linen) cover.
I’m excited for the Aloe cover! I have a question: what / how do you use the progress bar on the Tending List page? Like how do you use it? Do you divide the progress bar in how many steps it would take to complete the monthly task? Thanks!
