With all the planning choices available in the Cultivate shop, we know you might be wondering what goal-setting and daily-planning combination is right for you in the year ahead. There's no wrong answer, but if you'd like to hear what a few friends are choosing for 2026, listen in! We polled a few members of Team Cultivate, and—spoiler alert—you'll find a love for the classics AND a curiosity about some of the newest additions to the CWM fam below!
Lauren, Director of Marketing: My planner duo is a Berry Season by Season Daily for keeping work tasks straight plus a Navy Blooms One-Year PowerSheets for my personal goals. Stickers are a must for me and this year I'm looking forward to pulling in Wildcards more frequently as I get clear on my goals for 2026!
Emily, Director of Content: I'm choosing the Acorn One-Year PowerSheets as my personal goals home base. I'm a OY PS girlie through and through—I can't quit them, and I never want to! :) I've also never chosen the neutral option before, but this year's rich, warm hue was irresistible. I'll keep my appointments straight in the Snowfall Weekly Season by Season.
I'm also grateful to have a Fresh Start Daily and Weekly on hand to experiment with over the next few months. As I work on the 2027 (!) versions of our tools, it's SO helpful to try them all out in my own life! It's a regular product development lab over here.
Alli, Brand Specialist: I'll be using One-Year PowerSheets in Navy Blooms for my goals. I'm usually more of a solid gal, but I love how this cover incorporates all the stunning colors of the collection!
Weekly planning has changed the game for me; I love seeing my whole week at once laid out across one spread. I'll be using the Snowfall cover this year. I'm also restocking on my favorite notebook that's ever existed—this time in Bold Pink!
And pouches, always! I love how the pouches from previous collections mix and match so well with this year's! I use pouches to organize everything from my car to my diaper bag to tech cords and beyond.
Rachel, Copywriter: I’ve been using PowerSheets® and the Season by Season™ planners for years—but for 2026 I’m switching things up! I’m going all-in on the Fresh Start™ goal planner (I’m trying two of the daily and two of the weekly to figure out which layout best supports my goals!). Best part? I got to pick a different color for each season—an extra fun way to reset each quarter.
Finally, I always keep a Wildcard Page Pack on hand (my go-to's are the Everyday Essentials and the Favorites packs) to make sure smaller goals like reading and having fun don’t get overlooked.
Katie, Marketing Designer: This year I chose the Snowfall One-Year PowerSheets to track all of my personal goals! Since I started goal planning in earnest mid-2025 (perks of joining Team Cultivate!), I plan to carry several of this year's goals into next year—looking at you, meal planning. The Meal Planner Notepad has been and will be my go-to companion to get easy meals on the table each night!
I’m also thrilled to be using the Season By Season Berry Weekly planner to keep my days a little more organized.
