Here at Cultivate What Matters, we believe goals without accountability rarely work. Why? Community creates accountability. Accountability creates action. Action creates results.
A cultivator examines where she is in order to leap to what’s next. Instead of ignoring what isn’t working, she takes the time to evaluate everything–both the good and the bad–to uncover the path forward. A cultivator willingly shares her goals, encouraging others along the way, instead of trying to do it all alone.
Download our Groups Guide. We created the PowerSheets Groups Guide to offer practical tips for starting your own group in your local community. We give you a sample agenda, conversation starters, encouragement ideas, and more! Our favorite reminder? Being a leader doesn’t necessarily mean you are an expert; it simply means you are handling logistics and facilitating conversations.
Invite local friends to join you. We shared some of our favorite tips for finding an accountability buddy for your PowerSheets group. Remember, it's okay to grow slow! Your group doesn't have to have 20 members at your first meeting. Post an invitation in the PowerSheets Facebook Group to invite other local friends.
