I’ve enjoyed this workbook so far - it has helped me think through my routines in a new way and includes a lot of good content and exercises!
I was not sure how helpful this workbook would be but it was extremely useful and similar to the goal planner in that it walked me through the process, made me think of things I never would have otherwise, and gave me a solid plan. I love the extra pages to work up additional routines and the trouble shooting sections. This is a working reference tool and I am so glad i got it.
JUST STARTED WORKING ON IT. I THINK MORE THOUGHT OF THE HABITS AND ROUTINES OF A RETIRED PERSON WOULD BE HELPFUL. THINGS AND GOALS CHANGE BIG TIME AND IS HARD TO WORK OUT. SORRY JUST REALIZED MY CAPS ARE ON.
