February 2017 Goals Round-Up

February 2017 Goals Round-Up

It’s the first week of February, which means it’s time to share our monthly goals round-up! If you read our 2017 Goals Round-Up, you know that I’m a big fan of reading all of your goals for the year and cheering you on!

The whole reason we changed the name of our business last year was because we knew we needed a platform to tell other people’s stories-YOUR stories-and the Monthly Goals Round-Up were born!

Remember, keep sharing your goals with us each month so that we can cheer you on! The PowerSheets and Cultivate What Matters community has evolved into something bigger than we could have ever imagined-something bigger than us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to encourage each of you to cultivate what matter!

So, without further ado, here are some of YOUR February goals!

Amber’s February goals are full of great ideas, especially if you’re looking for a way to be more active in your work day (check out the exercise tool she uses at her desk).

We love how Heather made February 1st her January 1st, and she’s sharing her 2017 goals and February goals on her blog! If you haven’t firmed up your 2017 goals yet, that’s okay! Head to Heather’s blog for some encouragement to dig in!

Mary’s commitment to sharing her monthly goals (along with her progress) is great for accountability, and it’s one of the reasons we encourage friends to find a PowerSheets buddy! We particularly love that one of her February goals is to complete the Couples Companion Guide with her husband! (PS. If you want to set goals with your significant other, use the code LOVEBIRDS for free shipping on your Couples Companion Guide!)

This quote from Lynne’s February goals is one of our favorite: “February just seems more gentle, more forgiving, more room to breath.” Yes!

My favorite goal that Letticia accomplished was “be nice to herself.” Head to her blog to read more about how she accomplished that!

I’m a big reader, so it made me giggle to see that one of Harley’s daily goals for February is to stop reading after 30 minutes. As someone who has stayed up way too late reading on work nights, I can empathize with that goal! THIS is why I love PowerSheets; you have the freedom to figure out what hasn’t been working for you, and then set goals to intentionally work on those.

Every single line on Rachel’s February Tending List is full, and it’s easy to interpret that as not leaving enough margin in her days. She considered crossing items off, but then “realized by putting my focus here on these things, I will create margin. I can confidently decline other things that try to come into my life this month if they don’t align with the goals I have set.” What wonderful encouragement!

If you’ve posted your goals somewhere, we’d love to see them! Feel free to drop them in the comments, too-no fancy blog required! We can’t wait to take a peek into what this month holds and cheer you on!
