I am in love w/ the Joy journal! It’s a bright yellow cover and beautiful! Consider this journal, you won’t be disappointed!
This was my first Write the Word book and I loved it. I'm not someone who writes a lot at all, but this was the perfect set up for my time with the Lord and in His Word. I love the simplicity of the book and I love that it can be on your own schedule. Great book!
I purchased my first Write the Word Journal about 3 years ago. I was always encouraged to journal but the blank page of an empty journal was always intimidating to me. What should I say? How do I do this right? SO when I found these it simplified and gave me a little direction while also free space to write my thoughts down. I love that I get to write the scripture in my own handwriting so it helps to really set it in my mind AND reflecting on what/how God spoke to me through that scripture. I love that it starts with what I am grateful for each day as well. I have 6-7 journals filled now and just bought the gospel series and the one on waiting…because we all go through those seasons! I can’t wait to fill those up and continue to record my prayers, my thoughts and God’s words to me through His word in these journals!
These are beautifully presented, lined journals with scripture suggestions, plenty of room to respond and add what you are currently doing, trips, visits, etc. finally a word or phrase of the day which always comes to mind.
I have been doing the books "write the Word" for at least 4 years now and Love them. Writing things down helps me to remember. I try to memorize the verse and then write my thoughts concerning the verse and prayer requests. Sometimes it takes me 10 minutes, other times I spend 2 days on the verse and writing. You don't have to hurry through the book and it doesn't have to be everyday - but it's worth the time in God's Word!
