December PowerSheets Prepcast

Friends, this is your final month in your 2020 PowerSheets®! You've made the best of a wild year. Let's finish strong and get ready for an intentional December together!

P.S. Haven't yet purchased your 2021 PowerSheets? Now is the time! Don't let the progress (and fun!) stop here. We can't wait to meet you right where you are in the new year!

Psst—new to the PrepCast? With Lara as your guide, you’ll walk through your monthly prep pages together in about 30 minutes. Enjoy accountability and encouragement as you plan for December!

Helpful timestamps:

  • 3:10 - Let's take a look at the progress you made in November and celebrate your little-by-little progress! Remember, not everything needs to be checked off––little by little really adds up!

  • 4:30 - Turn the page to cultivate some gratitude and focus on some of the good things that grew.

  • 6:15 - Write what's true for you right now. What are you going to say "yes" to this month? What are you going to say "no" to?

  • 8:05 - Flip over to your new month. How are you feeling? What's on your mind? Then, write what's giving you hope right now.

  • 10:35 - Let's fill out your monthly calendar spread! You can get creative with this page if you'd like. A great idea is to write out all the things on your calendar this month, like appointments and plans, to see how much time you have left for working toward your goals.

  • 15:35 - Turn that page over! Remind yourself of what your goals are this year. Flip back to your Prep Work and choose the goals you want to focus on this month. Use the right column as brain space to break down your goals!

  • 20:40 - Ready to sort through your list? Let's do it! Narrow down your list and circle the goals and action ideas that are most important, then simplify your goals by crossing things out that aren't as important this month.

  • 24:45 - Kick off a dance party because it's time to do your Tending List🎉  Choose how you’re going to spend your time this month and what you’re going to focus on daily, weekly, and monthly.

  • 30:00 - Make it fun! Add some color with the color-coding system in the sticker book or fun stickers to make your Tending List happy!

  • 33:15 - You did it! You're going to have a great month ahead (may not be a perfect month, but it will be a great one) because you know what matters and you'll focus on it.

Key Takeaways for your December Prep Pages:

  • Plan to do your 2021 PowerSheets! Goodbye, 2020. Hello, fresh new year!

  • Keep your tending list out and open to remind yourself of what really matters! (Keep it on your desk, taped to your mirror, or a picture as your phone's background!)

  • Remember the power of progress, not perfection. It's okay to grow slow - there's so much joy to be found along the way.

You’re ready for an intentional December. We're wishing you a truly joy-filled holiday ahead!

P.s. If you’ve already purchased your PowerSheets, we’d love to hear why in the comments! And if you haven’t yet, head to the shop and buy yours now! You’ll be so glad you did.
