    Wow I so needed this today! Thank you! I would add: 1. Send a postcard to a friend (using the Cultivate What Matters ones of course) 2. Dance to some fun music & clean something 3. Start a Life List journal (it’s where you write everything you’ve done, like a reverse bucket list. I got the idea from Emily Thomas actually) 4. Learn something new (other than a language since that’s listed) 5. Paint something 6. Color with markers or crayons or colored pencils in a coloring book or print your own page

    I’ve been purposefully turning off the Tv lately and listening to Music more and reading or listening to an audio book. And one more, go on a date.
