Founded by Lara Casey in 2008, our company has grown from a one-woman business to a multi-faceted, multimedia and retail company driven by a mission to help women think big picture and live more purposeful lives. Our history includes ten years of publishing Southern Weddings Magazine and hosting more than 50 Making Things Happen conferences. Thousands of women have used our signature product, the PowerSheets, to change their lives through achieving their goals.

In 2022 Lara sought out a strategic partnership with Jeremy and Kristin Schmucker. Kristin is a lifetime PowerSheets user, a trusted executive in Christian publishing, and an exceptional leader. Lara knew that her legacy could only be trusted to someone as accomplished as Kristin Schmucker (both at home and at work). Since 2022, the Schmuckers have led the company to magical success. They are committed to carrying forth Lara's legacy and helping women live lives of purpose.
