We are currently seeking a welcoming and capable seasonal Customer Delight Associate. This is a part-time, short-term role local to our Chapel Hill, NC office with the possibility for continued hours in the future.
As a Customer Delight Associate, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our brand. In our fast-paced buying cycles, you’ll be expected to not just meet our customers’ needs, but anticipate them. You’ll be expected to learn the expectations and desires of our audience in order to best communicate with them. Additionally, our Customer Delight Associate must be capable of independent work and decision-making with our core values always at the top of his or her mind, including having a servant’s heart.

This is a seasonal position for October 2018, November 2018, December 2018, and January 2019, with the possibility for continued hours in the future. This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours/week) at $15/hour. Hours will be set by the Cultivate team within normal business hours.
