As the Customer Delight Associate, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our brand. In our fast-paced buying cycles, you’ll be expected to not just meet our customers’ needs, but anticipate them. You’ll be the voice of the customers in every team meeting–sharing customers’ pain points and needs so our team can work to solve them. You will work alongside our Operations Director to manage our fulfillment team, so logistics experience is a plus. You’ll be expected to learn the expectations and desires of our audience in order to best communicate with them. Additionally, our Customer Delight Associate must be capable of independent work and decision-making with our core value always at the top of his or her mind: having a servant’s heart.
